Pagero Document Upload enables accounts receivable (AR) users to send invoices, payment reminders, and other supported document types to their buyers using Pagero Online’s web interface. This service streamlines the distribution process, making it easy to manage and upload all business files in one place.

Users have the option to upload files from their desktop or by dragging and dropping them onto the upload interface. This simple process does not require a full integration with Pagero Online, making it quick and easy to get started.


# Supported document types

All document types listed on the page below are supported on the platform and can be uploaded via the interface, provided they do not exceed 25MB.

# Supported formats

Supported file extensions include .xml, .edi, .txt, .csv, .json and .x12.

Additionally, users can utilize any public format, and if they have a customer-specific format, it can be uploaded and processed on the platform.
