Pagero Server Connect

Introduction
Pagero Server Connect is a locally installed application that can act both as server and client directly integrated towards Pagero Online.

What we offer
Pagero Server Connect offers to possibility to both send and receive business documents.

Send documents
Pagero Server Connect can be used to send business documents to Pagero Online. You can send any business document format your system can produce. Configuration is done during setup of Pagero Server Connect together with our support staff.

Receive documents
Pagero Server Connect can also be used for receiving electronic document.
You select the electronic format that you want to receive and that suits your financial system. Pagero Online automatically converts all inbound documents to the format that you want to receive.
Pagero Server Connect would then fetch the documents in regular intervals and store to configured destination on your local machine.

Prerequisites
Pagero Server Connect requires a Java installation on the machine that should run the server and client. Our support staff will assist you with the installation process in order to get up and running faster once you've elected to install and use Pagero Server Connect.

Attachment handling

Embedded in the format
Transfer of the attachment can also be done by embedding the attachment in the business document if the document format you send supports it.
There are several ways to embed an attachment but the most common one is to encode the attachment using base64 and add to the business document according to format specification.

Batched
There are several different ways to batch files, one of the most common alternatives is to compress the files into a zip file. Please note that even though all files are batched and sent as one file there would still need to be a file naming convention inside the zip file to match attachments to the main document.
One business document with corresponding attachments per batched file. we do not recommend sending several business documents within the same file.

Filename matching
With Pagero Server Connect, clients are also able to send and receive attachments using filename matching. Please find details in the attachment section linked below.
