# Provide our service Pagero Online

# What we do

We provide the Pagero Network, SaaS services used by our customers to automate their purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. Within our services, we process the personal information of the users of our services (employees of our customers) as well as personal information related to our customers' business documents. For some customers, we provide professional services for the implementation of the SaaS services, where this personal information may also be processed. On a case-by-case basis, we may on our customer’s instruction upload files with business documents in our test or staging environment in order to test the setup of the customer or troubleshoot issues. In relation to both of these categories of data subjects, Pagero processes the personal data on behalf of the customer in accordance with each customer’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA). If you are a user of our services or a business partner of any of our customers, our customer is the entity that is responsible for the processing of your data. In general, based on a generic standard customer, you can expect us to process the following types of data within our services.

We process this data on behalf of our customers, who are the entities responsible for determining the appropriate legal basis.

# Storage period

Personal data related to users is kept for the duration of the customer agreement or until the customer deletes a user and an additional 3 months thereafter. Personal data in customer documents is stored for 120 days unless the customer uses our archiving services. In the case of a specific test or troubleshooting for a customer, personal data is only stored for the duration of the specific test and/or troubleshooting and is then removed.

# Sharing of data

We share this data with the parties we have agreed with each customer. All our sub-processors are listed at https://www.pagero.com/trust-center/sub-processors (PW: Compliance).

# Third-country transfers

Third-country transfers may occur, depending on the customer's instructions to us.
